2. Return Eligibility

- Product received is damaged or defective
- Wrong product delivered
- Product is missing items or incomplete
Return Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 3 to 7 days from the date of delivery.
Conditions for Return:
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Invoice or proof of purchase is required
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

- Personal care and hygiene products (once opened)
- Perishable goods

- Items returned without original packaging

5. Refund Policy

- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via bank transfer, UPI, or store credit
