Return Policy
We at, Treeveda India strive hard in providing the best service to our customers. Our shipping and delivery mechanism are time tested in ensuring the right quality product is delivered on time in full. However, in certain circumstances if a product is damaged at delivery, we do the refund under certain conditions.
• Treeveda India is not responsible for return if the product or package is damaged after delivery.
• We don’t accept return if the product is opened or used.
• We take products return on case to case basis based on the exact reason. The genuine reason for return covers- product leakage, missing product and wrong delivery.
The customers are requested to bring to our notice within 24 hours from the date of receiving. This helps us to undertake the required course correction and servicing customer in a better way.
Other guidelines to consider:
• We accept return only if the product is returned back with unused state, with the original packages and bills.
• The product to be returned in no condition should be damaged. The product labels should be intact. Missing parts or accessories in a product is not acceptable for refund.
• Our internal expert will check the product returned before offering refund.
• Post inspection, customers are eligible to get a same but new product or order for new from our online store. If there is any difference in amount, the customer is requested to pay the differential amount.
• No cash refunds are allowed at our site.
• Please note coupons are not applicable for any returns.
• Once the return has been accepted, the new product will be delivered following the same process of one week to 20 days’ time based on postal address.
