1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- You will receive an order confirmation via email/SMS once your order is successfully placed.
3. Shipping & Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
- Other Locations: 4–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 5–10 business days
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier availability, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or high-demand periods.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- We may offer free shipping on prepaid orders or above a certain order value.
- Additional charges may apply for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.
- You can track your order through the courier partner’s website or your account dashboard.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times. If the delivery fails after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us.

8. Incorrect Address or Non-Availability
- Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate.
- If a delivery fails due to incorrect details or customer unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.

- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear images/videos of the issue for faster resolution.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
